Bek is a Queensland registered English and History teacher and is completing a Master of Education at QUT to further enhance her skills teaching English to speakers of other languages (TESOL). With experience teaching primary to high school-aged students, Bek has a thorough understanding of the Australian Curriculum and individualized teaching strategies. She takes early childhood literacy development seriously and values a child’s engagement and enjoyment in learning. Well-versed in the requirements of standardised tests, essay writing, and research projects assigned to students, Bek also understands the challenges individual students encounter. She knows the demands of higher education and is committed to helping others succeed beyond school. Bek is dedicated to equipping learners of all ages with the skills they need to make significant progress throughout their academic journey.
